Biochemistry Experiment 1

 In this experiment, the unknown sample was tested to identify the presence of protein using standard qualitative biochemical tests. Various tests such as Biuret test and Acid Precipitation test were performed to observe characteristic color changes and reactions. The results obtained were compared with standard observations to confirm the presence of protein in the given sample. This experiment helped in understanding the identification of proteins and developing practical skills in biochemical analysis.
